Steve Carlson
Hello! I am Steve Carlson, personal trainer, coach, dad, nerd, and someone who finds great joy in helping other become stronger!
My personal journey of strength and fitness started at 5 years old through wrestling and martial arts. From there it grew into a passion for all movements and discovering what the body is capable of.
After studying Exercise Physiology at Southern Illinois University Carbondale, I spent 1000s of hours coaching, taught 100s of kettlebell swings, and grew and cultivated communities of people who helped each other get stronger.
With 2 decades of training experience, I will focus on finding and delivering the right training program for you! Everybody and every body is different but we all can benifit from becoming stronger, physically and mentally.
